NOTE THAT STARTING ON OCTOBER 10, THE NURSE, BEVERLY SINCLAIR, WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER FOOT CLINICS TWICE MONTHLY AT DANVILLE MEAL SITE FOR $35 PER SESSION, AND APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE WITH HER DIRECTLY. Coming soon...a place and time for Suzanne Masland, who is a Reiki II practitioner, to offer two dates for free sessions of Reiki for seniors through the Danville Senior Action Center. Each session will be approximately one hour. If you haven’t had Reiki before, it’s a great opportunity to experience this energy healing! From Suzanne "Reiki, one method of energy work, is the laying of hands on or above the body to balance someone's energy. It is used for healing and to promote wellness and relaxation. The session is done clothes on (loose clothing recommended)".

Interested in some virtual travel?? We have purchased some "Great Courses" travel series : "Take a Trek Around the World" and "Tour the Majestic Wonders of Our World", and will be scheduling regular half hour viewings on our flat screen tv soon in our dining room.....
FYI in the Danville village area: Golden Ball Tai Chi is offered in the Community Room (the large building to the left of the Passumpsic Bank on Route 2 in Danville) takes place on Wednesday’s from 10:00-11:00am. The leader of this class is Caroline DeMaio. However, those with questions or who would like to join class can call Patricia Anderson at (802)748-4944. Also, an Arthritis Foundation program of exercise is offered at the Congregational Church in Danville. During Covid, the program has been offered via Zoom from group leader, Virginia Incerpi's home, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11am. Virginia hopes to be back at the church with a hybrid program at some point. It is open to men and women and is a total strength training, stretching and balance class. No prior knowledge is necessary to join the group. Contact Virginia at +1802-738-2331 or 802-684-3809 for information, clarification and feasibility of joining the group.
PICKLE BALL returns to Danville! : Apr 20, 2023, 4 to 6 PM. If you are interested in playing or learning the dynamic sport of Pickleball it will be happening on Tuesday and Thursday 4-6 PM weather permitting at the Danville High School tennis courts. Starting Thursday April 20th, and Tuesdays and Thursdays thereafter.
Paddles and balls are available for those who want to give it try. This is a social activity which is lots of fun and great exercise. Show up, meet some new friends, and have a good time!
There is a walk group happening this summer at the Danville Health Center on Thursdays at 12:30. Call them at 802-684-2275 for more information.
